Stress Management
Our primary goal is to help young athletes effectively manage and understand the impact of stress before competitions. We believe that by equipping them with the necessary skills, they can face any challenge with confidence and resilience.
Holistic Development
We recognize the significance of academics and personal life alongside one’s athletic pursuits. Our aim is to guide young athletes in achieving a harmonious equilibrium, enabling them to excel in all aspects of their lives.
Community Building
We place great emphasis on fostering healthy relationships. We understand that connections with friends, teammates, rivals, family, and coaches play a crucial role in an athlete's development. We strive to create an environment that cultivates positive relationships, promoting camaraderie, respect, and cooperation.
Growth Mindset
We recognize the inevitability of failure and the challenges that come with losing games. Our approach involves teaching athletes how to effectively handle setbacks, learning from them, and bouncing back stronger than ever. Founder’s Story - Sophie Tseng
As an ice skater, I have personally experienced the rigorous training and competition schedules that come with pursuing excellence in the sport. I am passionate about supporting fellow young athletes in their mental and emotional well-being, particularly those facing challenges such as mental health issues or strained parent-child relationships. This has led me to develop the Youth Athlete Counseling program.
Our primary goal is to equip young athletes with the tools and support they need to navigate the mental and emotional demands of their sport. We emphasize the development of healthy coping mechanisms for handling stress and adversity.
By addressing the emotional needs of young athletes, our program aims to help them unlock their full potential both on and off the field. We believe that nurturing their emotional well-being not only enhances their athletic performance but also inspires them to become resilient, confident, and compassionate leaders in their communities.
